WHAT WE PROVIDE

HORIZONTAL DIRECTIONAL DRILLING (HDD)

Horizontal Directional Drilling is a minimal impact trenchless method for installing underground utilities such as pipes, conduit or cables in an arc or relatively shallow radius using a drill rig that is launched underground which can be positioned according to chosen bore path. Main advantage of using HDD method is a low-disturbance technique with least environmental eﬀect for crossing roads, rivers, and a variety of other challenges.

PIPELINE

Pipeline is the process of installing, constructing, maintaining, repairing, replacing, modifying or moving existing or non-existing pipes. PT Mulia Tehnik Toolsindo focuses on installing oil and gas pipelines or water supply systems (SPAM) and water disposal where the installation underground. In this case, methods such as open cut, Auger Boring and HDD are the methods used for pipeline projects. Our service is very prominent in this work which focuses and prioritizes work using a method called Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD).

COMPANY STRUCTURE

AUGER BORING

Auger Boring is the process of forming a horizontal bore through the earth by jacking the steel casing from the main shaft to a reception shaft. Horizontal Augering can also be used in tandem with a Small Boring Unit (SBM) to bore through solid rock using our disc cutter heads. We provide eﬀectiveness in Auger Boring techniques.

PIPE BENDING

Pipe Bending is a method of shaping the pipe at a certain angle by giving high pressure in several spots on the pipe. The process of pipe bending is to form metal pipes or any other materials of pipes permanently with heat or cold pressure. We use cold bending machine as a method to form-bound bending procedures with "press bending" which can create a variety of single or multiple bends and shape the piece into the desired shape that depends on bore plan.

FABRICATION

PT Mulia Tehnik Toolsindo has its own fabrication service to maintain and support our machineries and accessories such as reparations, modiﬁcation, for examples, reamer repair, shaft saver, and other spare parts and also manifacturing of other machining tools.
